What is the Everpoints Program?
The Everpoints Program is a rewards program that allows customers to redeem accumulated points in exchange for help updating their content from time to time.
How is content defined?
Customers may request any change to a piece of content that does not involve coding. Examples of content changes a customer may request include:
- Adding new blog posts
- Adding new pages
- Modifying menu, footer, or sidebar information
- Inserting a new gallery
- Adding a Youtube or Vimeo video
- Set up a new eCommerce product
- Building a new form
- Integrating Social Media Buttons
How do points accumulate?
Points can only be earned by existing Evermore customers, and there two ways to accumulate points.
- Every month after your site launches, 100 points will be credited to your account as our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer. Every 100 points is worth $10 worth of content work.
- Refer a customer to Evermore and earn a whopping 2,000 points (or $200 worth of specific request work).
How can I redeem points?
We automatically redeem your existing points. When requesting additional work from Evermore, we’ll send you an easy-to-use form that will clearly show your discount based on available points. Simply email [email protected] to get started.
How can I see my point balance?
Every quarter, an Everpoints statement will be emailed to customers outlining the current balance.
What if the work requested takes more than the points I have?
We will clearly communicate how your points reduce the price of your requested work, along with any remaining cash balance, prior to charging your account.
